HealthPartners named Dakota Electric mid-sized Workplace Wellness Spotlight Award winner at the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management Conference on October 9.
Each year, HealthPartners recognizes three organizations for their annual Wellness Spotlight Awards, selecting them based on best practices and innovation in health and wellness programs with one “best-in-class” organization selected from the large, mid-size and small employers groups. The award recognizes those who are committed to health education and well-being in the workplace.
HealthPartners recognized Dakota Electric’s comprehensive Wellness Program that provides healthy opportunities for employees and rewards healthy choices through incentives. Dakota Electric provides excellent health insurance benefits, reimbursements for wellness programs, a fitness room, wellness seminars, a week-long focus on wellness each fall and more.
