Special Board Meeting
The Board of Directors will hold a special board meeting via conference call. If a Dakota Electric member would like to participate, they should contact Cherry Jordan for access information.
Canceled – Annual Meeting
Due to the Coronavirus, we will not be holding the Annual Meeting this year. As a not-for-profit electric cooperative, Dakota Electric holds annual elections for the board of directors. You can be involved by attending the annual meeting where you can hear about the operation of your cooperative. Watch for more details to come.
