Audits and assessments can help members pinpoint the areas where their business can trim wasted energy and save money. We provide free services to help you analyze and manage electricity at your business, including:
- electric rate analysis
- electrical use and cost review
- utility power quality assessment
- power factor analysis
- technology assessment
Cost-Share Audit
Many companies opt to take advantage of a cost-share audit to get a comprehensive electric audit by an engineering professional.

Energy-Efficiency Financing
We realize that some of the best efficiencies take a substantial front-end investment. We can help you find the equipment that will make your business more energy efficient, and we will work with you to help finance the project.
Energy-Efficient Equipment (E3) Financing Program
- A low-interest loan to cover the costs of acquisition and installation of energy-efficient equipment.
- Loans from $50,000 to $350,000 will be considered.
- Excludes lighting projects.
The funds you receive are based on the energy-efficient equipment installed and the calculated annual energy savings. This program targets projects that demonstrate the greatest amount of energy savings.
